I did not start off-brand because I had a good idea.

I started it because I kept seeing the same thing happen to good brands and I could not unsee it.

Budgets spent. Teams hired. Agencies briefed. Content produced. And at the end of every quarter the question nobody wanted to answer out loud: why does none of this feel like it is going anywhere?

I have been inside that question more times than I can count. On both sides of the table. As the person building the brand and as the person being hired to fix it.

I have seen it from the inside. Across industries. Across scales. Across continents. Startups with nothing to lose and giants with everything to protect. Different industries. Different budgets. Same broken model. The structural flaw stays exactly the same.

No structure. Just activity. Expensive, well-intentioned, professionally executed activity with nothing holding it together. No positioning that survives a real sales conversation. No messaging that compounds. No system that keeps working when the campaign ends.

And an agency model perfectly designed to keep it that way.

What exactly is off-brand?

off-brand is a brand and systems studio. We embed with founders and operators to design positioning, messaging, and marketing infrastructure that compounds over time. We are not an agency. We do not produce campaigns in isolation. We build the structure that makes everything else work.

Where are you based and who do you work with?

We operate between Dubai and Beirut with clients across the region and beyond. Geography has never been a limitation. The problems we solve are structural, and structure does not have a timezone.

Do you work with startups or only established companies?

Both, with one condition: the decision maker needs to be in the room. We work directly with founders and C-level operators. If we cannot reach the person who owns the direction, the work will not land the way it should.

We are not a marketing-first company. Does this still apply to us?

If your commercial team is smaller than the business you are running, structure matters more, not less. We work with manufacturers, distributors, and operators where marketing has historically been treated as a support function rather than a commercial engine. The diagnosis is usually the same: the business can produce more than it can currently sell.

How do you charge for your work?

It depends on the engagement. Some work is retainer-based for ongoing strategic and operational partnership. Some is project-based for defined deliverables like infrastructure installations or production. We will always be transparent about what makes sense for your situation before anything is agreed.

How long does it take to see results?

Honest answer: it depends on where you are starting from. Some wins show up early, quick fixes surface almost as soon as we are inside the system. The deeper structural results, the kind that do not reset next quarter, tend to land within the first 60 to 90 days.

We already have a marketing team. Does that mean off-brand is not for us?

Not at all. In most cases your team is not the problem. The system they are operating inside is. We work alongside existing teams, not instead of them. We install the structure that makes your team more effective, not redundant.

We have worked with agencies before and it did not work. Why would this be different?

Because we are not structured like an agency. We do not bill by deliverable or optimize for output volume. We embed with you, assess what is actually broken, and build systems designed to outlast our involvement. When we leave, the infrastructure stays.

Do you build custom AI tools, or only install what already exists?

Both. Some engagements use proven systems we have already built. Others require something purpose-built for how your business specifically operates. We scope that honestly before any commitment, not after.

What is the minimum commitment to work with off-brand?

There is no fixed minimum. But we will tell you directly if we think the scope of what you need does not match what we do. We would rather point you in the right direction than take on work that will not produce the result you need.

What happens if we are not ready for the full structural work?

Tell us that directly and we will tell you directly whether there is a smaller starting point that makes sense, or whether you should come back when the timing is right. We would rather say not yet than take on work that will not land.
